vertical line   Data collection information is currently stored as keyword=value files which can be accessed over the web as:
 http://tdc-www.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/vo/arcdata?arcnum=number&name=name

Here are the meanings of the keywords in the data collection data file:
arcbib Bibcode of major publication about this data collection (access through ADS)
arcdate1 Starting date of data collection in FITS ISO date format
arcdate2 Starting date of data collection in FITS ISO date format
arcdatesStatus of data collection:
Completed: No more data being taken; all data archived
Incomplete: No more data being taken; data not all archived
Open: Data still being taken and added to data collection
arcflux1 Minimum flux
arcflux2 Maximum flux
arcfluxu Flux units
arcfreq1 Minimum frequency/wavelength (e.g., radio, 0 GHz)
arcfreq2 Maximum frequency/wavelength (e.g., radio, 100 GHz)
arcfrequ Units of frequency/wavelength (e.g., radio, GHz)
arckey Keywords used to query the data collection (e.g., source, coordinates)
arcpol Polarization information in data collection: Yes, No, or Incomplete
arcpolt Polarization type, if present:
RCP: Right circular polarization
LCP: Left circular polarization
RCP & LCP: Right and left circular polarization
Full polarization
arcpub Title of major publication about this data collection
arcspat Spatial coverage of data colleciton as a text string. Eventually this should be multiple choice, but we want to see how people describe their coverage.
arcurl URL or means to access the data collection
arcvel1 Minimum velocity of data. This can be doppler-shifted from a center or the minimum redshift of cataloged objects.
arcvel2 Maximum velocity of data. This can be doppler-shifted from a center or the maximum redshift of cataloged objects.
arcvelu Units for velocity, typically km/sec or z=v/c
ctrname Name of the data center where this data collection is stored
ctrurl URL for the data center where this data collection is stored
email E-mail address of the person who submitted this data collection
insname Instrument or catalog name
instype One-line description of the instrument or catalog
insurl URL pointer(s) for detailed information about the instrument or catalog
keyurl URL of web page defining keywords used in this data collection
recdata How and when does one receive the data?
Immediately: as an http response
Online but Delayed: as an http response, but it will take a while
Offline FTP: user must log into an anonymous ftp server to get the data when it is ready
Offline Email: the result will be emailed to the user
Offline Other: as yet undefined
telname Name of the telescope or satellite on which the instrument was used to create this data collection
telurl URL for the telescope or satellite on which the instrument was used to create this data collection
