Reservation Deadline

The rooms being held for this group for the nights of April 9-11 are
limited. They are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Forms
received after the specified deadline date or after rooms are filled
will be reserved on a space available basis only.
Note that rooms in the block are not available for the night of Saturday,
April 8.
A limited number of rooms are available in our block for the night of April 12/13 on a first-come first-served basis for those wishing to stay the afternoon after the conclusion of our meeting and travelling on Thursday. Other accomodations may be available within the park before and after the meeting. Check with the Conference Reservations Specialist below. |
Rates: | Rates are not guaranteed. They are reviewed in the fall and spring and could be changed with National Park Service approval. Rates quoted do not include 10% room tax. Children 12 & under stay free in parents' room. |
Cancellation/
| Cancellations and changes must be received at least three days prior to arrival date for deposit refund. |
