where the columns are region.number, J2000 RA, J2000 Dec, B and R magnitudes
from first and second epoch plates, N magnitude from second epoch plates,
confidence in proper motion (1-9, 10=Tycho-2), number of plate IDs (0=Tycho-2,
2-5), and image X and Y pixel coordinates computed using the
image world coordinate system,
the plate, unless from a catalog, and the distance in arcseconds from the center
of the image. To write a file
test.fts.ub1, use
imub1 -wn 10 test.fts
