J2000 and B1950 coordinates, at any equinox, may be represented as fractional degrees or colon-separated hours:minutes:seconds degrees:minutes:seconds.
Galactic and ecliptic coordinates are always represented as fractional degrees.
Ecliptic coordinates should include a year, using the -y command.
Coordinates must always include the coordinate system, except when using the -r option to find the distance between two sky positions, when they must not be included.
