Jan 1-5 Stanek gets first 3 hours of night unless arrangements
made with other observer.
* On these nights, the NECUSE Program will also have observers
(3-4 undergraduates) at the 1.2-m plus and advisor.
+ On these nights, observers are requested to take observations
for Stanek #19 M31 + M33 Variables. This program should
be limited to about 1.5 hour per night unless other
arrangements are made.
++ If the IR Camera Engineering run is cancelled, the time goes to
#3 Schild Twin QSO Microlensing.
All CCD Observers are requested to make observations for #5 Schild,
and #14 Kirshner, as required.

Note!
Non-Engineering IR Camera time is scheduled as shared risk with *NO*
specific nights assigned yet, but with the approximate priority order
of observations to be made given by the ranking above plus constraints
on right ascension, software availability (e.g. mapping and mosaic modes)
weather and general camera and telescope operations. Scheduled users
of the IR Camera on the 1.2-m will meet on a regular basis to discuss
status, observing plans and scheduling of actual observers at the telescope.
This trimester flexibility is required.
