Harvard Plate Log Book Pages
These pages were selected at random from the 1200 telescope log books which record information about the photographic plates in the Harvard Plate Stacks. They were taken with a 2 megapixel Nikon Coolpix 775, significantly lower resolution than we will eventually use. The camera was hand-held, but for production we plan to use a fixed camera on a copy stand with side illumination.16-inch Metcalf, 1927 |
