Rev 2.6 and earlier

• Documentation bug - The command line arguments to runpipe for setting the maximum (-m) and minimum (-n) pixel values in the linearization section are not applied as originally documented. The defaults are zero for the minimum in both channels, while the default saturation is set by a parameter in the Lincor parameter directory at 22,000 for channel 0 and 16,000 for channel 1.

  The -m argument is applied to a specific channel while the -n argument applied to both channels at once. However, the mimimum value is not passed to the lincor script! The workaround is to pass the desired values directoly using the -L option to runpipe. See the detailed documentation on lincor.

  The document has been fixed to reflect the reality; the scripts will be fixed at a later time.

Rev 2.5 and earlier

• Parameters in the calibrations directory (e.g., /data/ircam/Lincor) are not located. Only parameters in the dated subdirectories are found. Fixed in Rev 2.6.

Rev 2.4 and earlier

• Bad pixel mask files are assigned during linearization only. Currently, if you do your own linearization, you cannot also perform the bad pixel replacement. Fixed in 2.5.
• Flatcreate bug causes crash when only one Filter+Lens+Channel type is being reduced. Fixed in rev 1.12 of flatcreate.

Rev 2.3 and earlier

• Files not ending in .r.fits or .b.fits are not handled correctly by all parts of the pipeline. Fixed in 2.4.
