Hectospec habsky process

This task simply divides out a model sky absorption from a Hectospec spectrum or a set of Hectospec spectra. The spectrum used to divide out the water absorption bands in the sky at 6870-6955 A and 7680-7730 A is shown below. Click on either feature to see a detailed view of it.
