Virginia Beach Meeting
2 - 5 May 2009

AAS
The 2009 Meeting of the Division on Dynamical Astronomy will be held during 2 - 5 May 2009 at the wonderful Atlantic resort, Virginia Beach, located near Norfolk, Virginia. The annual DDA Meeting brings together top researchers in astronomy, astrophysics, planetary science, and astrodynamics for in-depth and stimulating discussions and talks on all aspects of dynamics in the space sciences. The DDA meeting features invited talks on a range of topics, contributed talks (with no parallel sessions), and posters that usually can be displayed throughout the entire meeting.

DDA Meeting and IAU Symposium 261 programs are now online.

IAU Symposium 261

The Annual DDA Meeting will be preceded by a kindred Symposium "Relativity in Fundamental Astronomy. Dynamics, Reference Frames and Data Analysis" held by the IAU (International Astronomical Union) at the same location on 27 April - 1 May, 2009.

The two conferences - the IAU Symposium and the DDA Meeting - held back-to-back at the same location, will together constitute a major astronomical event, and will bring together a broad audience of scientists from various fields.

Publication of Papers: The journal "Celestial Mechanics & Dynamical Astronomy" (CM&DA) invites you to submit a manuscript on your DDA presentation for publication in a thematic issue of CM&DA.

Further instructions are available at a website announcing this special issue.
