Presenters
Oral Presentations and Posters
ORAL PRESENTATIONS:

- A data projector connected to a PC will be available for electronic presentations. Speakers can connect their laptop directly to the data projector.

- Alternately, speakers can also upload their presentation to the PC via a CD or a removable USB drive. Software available on the Windows PC includes: Power Point, Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please upload your talk during the inter-session break.

- A single transparency projector will also be available.

- Contributed talks are alloted 15 minutes for their presentation, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A.

- Invited talks are allotted 40 minutes for their presentation, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS:

- The default space available for poster presentations is 4' X 4'. Push pins and velcro stickies will be provided.

- Larger posters can also be accommodated upon request, up to 8' wide X 4' tall. Please email any such requests to the Local host ASAP.

- All posters will be on display for the entire meeting.
