NOTE** NOISE on the output appears to be 7-20 mV, ~4-8 bits. We noticed
this on the other board -- remember!
Could be causing us problmes during scanning...



Can run test program
 ~iota/iotamc/vxworks/analog_outputs2/ao2test.cpp.
The ao2code (including ao2test as well as ao2slave for shmem
communication) is currently being loaded using vxworks-start on iota-ppc0.
